  1. Class progress
  2. Check course outlines and monitor their progress
  3. Tests of high standards being administered
  4. One and a half hour Midterm examination of high standard
  5. Absentee lists are maintained and students warned in advance
  6. Classes taken on time and according to time-tables – teachers are not to shift their classes to timings which suit them
  7. Faculty Time-tables (number of classes to be at least 15 lecture hours/week
  8. Other issues related to faculty and students which are affecting Academics
  9. The committee shall report to the Principal and Director QEC on a regular basis of their observations/recommendations as a result of the meetings
